Personal Training Pricing (the more you purchase the more you save):

 

Now Offering Drop In Group Classes
Please call first for space availability

Pilates:     Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Run Club: Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. and
                   Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m.

Anything Goes Class:
                   Saturdays at 7:30 a.m.

Nordic Walking:
                   Sundays at 9:30 a.m.

Kickboxing: Thursdays at 8:15 p.m.
located at LDIS, proceeds go towards Youth Unlimited All levels welcome. Will move to outside bootcamp for July and August call for location.

$5 per person, per class
  Last 10 lbs Bootcamp
Last 10 lbs workout. 3 half hour workouts per week for 5 weeks. Includes training book. Bring a friend and split the cost.

$20/hour or $10/half hour on monthly committments

or 10 sessions for $15/half hour
 

Herbalist and Bowen Treatments
Appointments are every other Thursdays
